Charming traditional beauty and very comfort-focused.

The checkout process was a hassle since we had to leave our keys at the front, which I found completely inconvenient. Also, the staff at night seemed cranky and not welcoming, which soured the evening experience. Lastly, the breakfast was repetitive. it would help if they varied it, especially for guests staying longer.

The beds were uncomfortably hard, making sleep tough after a long day.

Staying at El Serafin Hotel Boutique felt like living in a charming piece of history! The room was a delightful sanctuary with a cozy king-sized bed and high ceilings. Breakfast was delivered right to my room at the time I requested, and included fresh juice, warm toast, and delicious fruit—a splendid way to start the day! Plus, the rooftop terrace provided a peaceful escape with lovely views over the historic district.

Had a lovely 3-night stay at El Serafín! The beautiful interior, roof terrace, and fantastic staff made my trip memorable. Got a great shower and comfy bed too. Just a bit noisy on the weekends, but overall, a great experience in the heart of Queretaro.

The hot water in the shower took forever to start!!! Also, the taxi service they booked was unreliable and felt unsafe for a solo female traveler!!! Lastly, the heating in the room could be improved. it felt quite cold at times.

The King Room was super comfy with a spacious layout and a clean bathroom. The bed was cozy, though a bit hard, which seems to be common in Mexico. The shower was nice, but it did spray water around a bit. Overall, it felt classy and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
